Recruit
Applications, interviews and onboarding happen in the system the rep will actually work in, so day one is not a spreadsheet handoff.
Solar 360 is the whole vertical stack in one platform. Recruit a rep, train them, put them on a ranked map, book the sit, close the deal, track the install, pay the commission. One system, one login, one version of every number.
Why it is called 360
Most floors run a canvassing app, a CRM, a spreadsheet for commissions, a group chat and a calendar that share nothing. Every handoff between them is a place a number goes wrong, and the person who finds out is the rep looking at a paycheck. This is one system from the hire to the payout, so a number means the same thing on every screen.
Applications, interviews and onboarding happen in the system the rep will actually work in, so day one is not a spreadsheet handoff.
Modules and quizzes with a benchmark behind them, so a new rep's first week is something better than a ride along and a shrug.
A million parcels on one map, ranked before anyone leaves the truck, with territories that hold and coverage you can see.
Appointments book against the hours people have actually posted, so nobody can promise an hour that was never free.
A deal carries its scope, its adders, its documents and its ledger from the first sit to the signed contract.
Ops tracks the job through permitting and install, and the homeowner gets their own page instead of a text thread.
Commission computes off the deal, and payroll reads the same ledger the rep is looking at. Nobody retypes anything.
The map
A roof that was just replaced, an electrical panel that was just upgraded, a heat pump that went in last spring. Those are public records, and they are the difference between a street and a list. We ask towns for their building permits, match every one back to the parcel it was pulled on, and rank the doors before anyone leaves the truck.

The money
A deal knows its own scope, its adders and its price, so the commission is arithmetic rather than a spreadsheet somebody maintains on a Sunday. The rep sees the same ledger payroll reads. When a number is disputed, both people are looking at the same figure and the argument is over in a minute.
The floor
A canvassing job is won and lost on whether people want to show up. The board, the contests, the badges and the chat are not a bolt on here, they run on the same work as the pipeline, so a leaderboard is never a week behind the truth.

See it live
Tell us who you are and we will open a demo company for you right now. It is a complete synthetic solar business: invented people, invented money, real public parcel data from Cape Cod. Nothing in it belongs to a real company, and nothing you do in it can touch one.
Before you ask
Yes, and the separation is enforced underneath the product rather than by hiding a link on a screen. Every piece of work carries the company it belongs to, and anything that tries to reach around the screens meets the same fence. Hiding a menu is not security and is never used as one here.
That is the rule the product is held to: anything that can be done at a desk can be done on a phone. No control disappears at a small width, nothing needs a hover, and no flow dead ends. It is checked at phone widths as part of shipping, not hoped for.
It comes with you. A full canvassing history has been moved onto this platform before, calendar included, keyed so nothing arrived twice. Parcel and assessor data for your towns is loaded before your first rep signs in.
Walk the demo, then a conversation about your floor: how many reps, which towns, how you pay them. Pricing depends on those answers, so it is a conversation rather than a table on a page.
